TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

A flat rate 50% non refundable/transferable retainer is required to secure the booking. This retainer will be applied to your service(s) on the day of the pickup/delivery/installation, it is not a separate fee. The balance to be paid two weeks prior to the event.

Cancellations + Refunds 

If for whatever reason Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters is unable to fulfill this contract, Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters will find another comparable florist to complete your event flowers and your deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel for any reason the 50% retainer will be applied as a cancelation fee.

By providing a deposit, you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. By completing retainer payment, you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. All custom products are made to order, Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters use's pictures and examples as guidelines. By purchasing a product you understand and agree that not all florals are the same as they are a natural and living product.  Fresh florals are purchased weeks prior to the event, are based on availability, sometimes colours may vary due to quality and sourcing. Flowers are seasonal and perishable. We can therefore not always guarantee specific flowers for your event. Install/delivery does not include tear down.

Rentals + Security Deposit

All rentals from Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters are the responsibility of the renter. If any rentals are found broken or not returned, the renter will be required to pay for the replacements plus a 5% restocking fee. 

If you are renting items from Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters, we require a 10% security deposit. Should any rental items not be returned or be returned in poor condition, we will retain a percentage of the security deposit to cover the cost of the replacement. If all rental items are returned and in good condition, the full amount of the security deposit shall be returned within 2-5 business days.

Event Day

Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters reserves the right to make design changes on-site if we feel it will improve the overall look of the event. This pertains to placements of decor items even if they are not provided by Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters. Once florals are installed Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters is not responsible for any damage that may occur to installations.

Due to weather and safety reasons, if needed to be relocated we also reserve the right to change or adjust locations of arches, Chuppah's and or large-scale floral pieces or installations.

Revisions + Changes

Up to two revisions to the original proposal can be made within two weeks of acceptance of the proposal. Thereafter, any changes made to the accepted proposal must be made at least three weeks before the event. If removal of any items such as centrepieces or large floral installations is made after the three-week deadline, you may still be required to pay for those items as the product at that time will already have been ordered. In the discretion of Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters, reasonable exceptions may be made. 

In the event of changes after the proposal has been accepted and the deposit has been paid, the total value of the order may be reduced by an amount of no more than 10% of the contract price. 

Items Provided by The Client 

Items such as vases and candles that are provided by parties other than Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters, will be used but Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters is not responsible for any damages that may occur. If Only Once Inc. o/a Flowers by Two Sisters will be transporting, designing, or styling with these items, there may be an additional service fee based on the size and amount of said items.

 

COVID - 19 AMENDMENTS

If your event date has been moved due to COVID-19, your deposit will be held and put it towards the new date. If you have given us less than 3 weeks' notice of a date change, you may be required to pay for some of the remaining balance as the product will have been ordered. 

If the season or venue changes, we will do a complimentary redesign, if needed. If the size of your event is reduced due to covid-19, we will reduce your final invoice to an amount of no less than 90% (80% if off-peak season) of the contract amount.

LOCAL DELIVERY/GTA PICKUP OFFERED SELECT AT CHECKOUT.

WE SHIP CANADA & US WIDE. Please allow 7-12 business days of processing time prior to shipping item out. Note we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once the package is with the shipping company. By completing payment and placing an order customer accepts the risk.
